The Bower House Inn is having a Charity event in August This will be a repeat of last years very successful B Festival. It is a musical and family day event.
There will be music thru out the day from several bands, different things for the children such as face painting, bouncy castle etc,,, there will also be a BBQ., Local Fayre stall that sort of thing. We are also going to have fireworks It should be a wonderful day.

Small country show in the beautiful Eskdale Valley with classes for Herdwick sheep, foxhounds and terriers, along with hound trails where trained hounds race following the scent of aniseed over the surrounding fells, local handicrafts, children's sports events and fell races.
Stalls are still available and there are many handicraft, art, cookery and horticultural classes to enter.
